The QA Manager Documentation and Training Systems takes care of the Document / Learning Management Systems at Takeda to continuously improve the quality of our processes

Your Responsibilities


  • Coordinate all activities to implement the new Global DMS/LMS (Document Management System / Learning Management System) a
  • Contribute to elaboration and implementation of a new archiving strategy at the Singen site
  • Set up a concept with regard to the control of GMP documents
  • Establish guidelines for simplification of documentation
  • Monitor the timely update of existing SOPs / creation of new SOPs in alignment with global Takeda Standards
  • Support daily business with respect to SOP revision and training planning activities
  • Keep QA oversight on all documentation and training activities
  • Cooperate with global and local stakeholders with respect to documentation and training topics







Your Profile


  • Degree in natural sciences or pharmacy (BSc/MSc), or well-experienced lab technician
  • At least two years’ working experience in a GMP environment (pharmaceutical or biotechnological industry)
  • Proven knowledge in Quality Assurance
  • Quality mindset
  • Preferable experienced with electronic Quality Management Systems, Document Management Systems and Training Management Systems
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office software and good computer skills
  • Business fluent in both German and English
  • Well-organized, well-structured
  • Good analytical and social skills, good communication skills and assertiveness
  • Highly motivated, cross-functional and team oriented
  • Open to changes and continuous improvement
