What You'll Do

• Support customers, distributors, and sales teams with technical expertise.
• Monitor market trends to drive future product and business development.
• Identify new applications, market opportunities, and business growth potential.
• Introduction of new polymer grades and technologies.
• Conduct technical presentations, customer training, and workshops.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, machine manufacturers, and development partners.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
• Experience in Technical Service, Application Development, R&D, Product Development, Technical Sales, Business Development within the specialty chemicals industry.
• Strong knowledge of high-performance polymers and polymer processing technologies.
• Strong commercialization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent in English and German.
